q. How do I secure my order?
We require a 50% deposit and signed contract to reserve & hold your pieces. The remaining invoice balance is due 10 days prior to your delivery date.
Q. O' No! i got it dirty! What do i do now?
Don’t fret! Accidents happen! if aunt Bernice spills her third glass of white wine down the side of our Tillie sofa we'll do our best to clean it at no extra cost to you.
However...if aunt Bernice spills an entire bottle of red wine all over our Della sofa and decides to dance on the cushions in her stilettos, that's a different story. If the rental item has to be removed from inventory, we will assess the value of the piece and kindly ask you to pay the full replacement cost. Replacement costs could potentially be 2-3 times the rental rate or more.
Q. What’s the skinny on delivery?
Our delivery rates start at $150 and increase based on order size and distance. For deliveries exceeding a 90 mile radius, an additional out of town fee may apply. While we mostly stick to the Indianapolis area, we love to travel!
Q. What if I need to cancel?
We get it! Plans change. Orders may be canceled up to 90 days prior to delivery with a 50% refund of your initial deposit. For orders cancelled within 90 days of delivery, Roots will retain the initial deposit in full.
Q. can i pick up my pieces instead of having them delivered?
We currently require all orders to be delivered by our trained staff. This ensures our delicate pieces will arrive to your event safe and sound without any added stress to you!
Q. Do you have a minimum order amount?
We do indeed. We currently require a $500 minimum before delivery fees are applied.
